I've known Miles for many years. When we first met, he was already taking innovative and unconventional paths to globalize the world of gastronomy with the Pure Berlin project.

His knowledge and understanding of products, precise handling, structure and work processes is impressive.

I have been able to experience it at various international Cooking & Hospitality events.

Miles worked in the past as a food-Designer and was responsible creating recipes for restaurants and for the industry.

Besides all of his work life Miles is one of the most generous persons I have ever come across in my career.

Miles has the gift to take people on journeys throughout the international food scene

just by telling true stories he has discovered and experienced  over the years.

I worked with Miles on several occasions especially on our gourmet cruises on board the
