Christian Herrgesell

I've known Miles for many years. When we first met, he was already taking innovative and unconventional paths to globalize the world of gastronomy with the Pure Berlin project.

His knowledge and understanding of products, precise handling, structure and work processes is impressive.

I have been able to experience it at various international Cooking & Hospitality events.

In May 2023, Miles made a significant contribution to making our pop up restaurant “Kochraum by Herrgesell” in cooperation with Bulthaup, Hering Berlin & Zalto Glass to a huge success.

Beside all his professional skills, Miles is a great human, a loyal partner and a very good friend with whom I would work again at any time.
