Miles worked in the past as a food-Designer and was responsible creating recipes for restaurants and for the industry.

Besides all of his work life Miles is one of the most generous persons I have ever come across in my career.

Miles has the gift to take people on journeys throughout the international food scene

just by telling true stories he has discovered and experienced  over the years.

​

I worked with Miles on several occasions especially on our gourmet cruises on board the 

a-rosa cruise ships throughout Europe and i can only say it has been a true pleasure to have him on board for the customers and for the team.
